This site is operated on behalf of the FLAT EARTH® brand. We developed this Privacy Policy to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Children‘s Online Privacy Practices Act (“COPPA”). We don’t require visitors to submit personal information to visit our site. We do collect personal information if you wish to register for specific promotions or participate in certain online programs, surveys, newsletters or other transactions or activities. On a particular registration page, we may request your date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number, and other contact and demographic information. During the registration process, we will calculate your age via DOB entry field. We do not collect personal information from children under 13 years of age on this site. We reserve the right to limit participation in particular programs or promotions to visitors 18 years of age or older.

We use the personal information we collect from you to determine eligibility and keep track of your participation in promotions and programs, to respond to your comments or questions, to notify you if you are a potential prize winner, to send you special messages regarding our sites, products, programs or promotions, to provide you with access to special areas or features of our site, and for internal purposes.

During certain joint promotions, you may have the option to submit personal information to and/or receive future communications from the joint promotion partner. If you choose to share information with 3rd parties, we are not responsible for the 3rd party content or the use of information by such 3rd parties. If you have opted to participate in a Flat Earth® promotion or program and/or to receive information from us, you may cancel your registration at any time and remove your personal information from our database by using the “unsubscribe” link contained in one of our communications to you, or by writing to Consumer Affairs at the address shown above.

We may collect non-personal information, such as browser type, operating system and domain name. The non-personal information we collect helps us to track the total number of visitors to our site and is used to improve and update our site, products and services. Aggregate (non-personal) information may be shared with 3rd parties in our discretion.

If you send us any comments, suggestions, information, ideas, concepts, knowledge or techniques via this site, we are free to use the information worldwide, in perpetuity, without acknowledgement or compensation, for any purpose, including developing, manufacturing or marketing products and/or modifying or improving our web site.
